Founded in 2007, LilyRoze Studios is a full-scale production center for theatre, television, fashion, music, and dance, dedicated to cultivating young talent and building confident, expressive storytellers. What began as a local creative initiative has evolved into a trusted hub where young people discover their voice, sharpen their skills, and learn to navigate life with courage and purpose.

1. Empower the Whole Child To holistically transform lives by equipping young people to face demanding and challenging situations with resilience and enthusiasm.

2. Build Responsibility Through Expression To instill in youth a sense of responsibility and citizenship through artistic expression.

3. Create Art That Matters To create innovative works that address community issues and universal values, relevant to people from all walks of life.

At LilyRoze, the arts are not extracurricular—they’re transformational.

Nadia Carolynn Childres — Founder & Artistic Director
Nadia Carolynn Childres is a playwright, producer, author, acting coach, and the visionary founder of LilyRoze Performing Arts Academy & LilyRoze Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through the arts.
With over 18 years of experience in theatre production and youth arts education, and 13 years leading her own performing arts school, Nadia has transformed the lives of countless young performers by providing safe, inspiring spaces to grow in confidence, creativity, and self-expression.
She began her career at just 16 years old with her debut stage production, A Ghetto Fairytale, which sold out four consecutive nights and gained local acclaim. Nadia donated all proceeds to LeMoyne-Owen College, becoming the youngest contributor in the college’s history.
Motivated to inspire positive change among youth, Nadia developed specialized programs addressing the challenges young people face, using storytelling and performance as powerful tools for empowerment and character development. Through LilyRoze, she continues to serve youth nationwide through stage productions, film acting intensives, workshops, and summer camps that build both artistic skill and life confidence.
Her dedication to community impact led to her feature on The Tyra Banks Show, where she was honored as a “Goddess of Hope” for her commitment to youth development.
Now based in Dallas, Nadia is expanding her work as a children’s author with her upcoming book, The Magic in the Mirror, teaching young readers to embrace individuality and self-confidence from within. Her vision is to grow LilyRoze programs nationally, inspiring creativity, confidence, and leadership in youth across communities.
Her mission remains clear: to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation through the transformative power of the arts.
